Hey guys so Ive been on here a while and I haven't been able to understand a few terms. So what's and "early" lockup? Or late lockup? Also is this picture pretty accurate (I found it online) for different grinds?

And is each one of those the bevels? Or the whole blade? I mean does the bevel or edge start (on the one on the left for instance) start where the angle/V starts?
Is the one on the left a full flat grind?

those are primary grinds/bevels. The V/falt ground should have a second bevel like the compound. Otherwise we call that a scandi if the blade is only ground one time to make the primary and the edge. Full flat ground is where the two sides are not parallel at all, a drawing of it would be a triangle. That first grind could be called a saber ground blade, which is sort of the opposite, because the grind does not go the full height of the blade.

I didnt even know it was on a site, i found it in google images, Thanks for the link.

NP, hopefully image + text will help you better and there's also knife terms glossary there.
