Can I heat aeb-l red hot to bend without issues?

I have some extra I need to use for a vfd mount... Will heating it up to bend cause problems?

OK so even if allowing to air cool and not plate quenching? Sorry for my ignorance haha.

So as long as I heat and bend and don't try to cold bend after that I should be good?
