Can I heat aeb-l red hot to bend without issues?

It will harden in the heated areas of course.

OK so even if allowing to air cool and not plate quenching? Sorry for my ignorance haha.

So as long as I heat and bend and don't try to cold bend after that I should be good?

It’s not a good choice of material for this. Go to Home Depot and get some structural mild steel.
