Can I make a special order?

While searching the web, I came across a small Sebenza whose design I really liked. But it is a sold item.

My question is whether CRK takes special orders. Especially I wonder if they reproduce the exact same design that they have already made?

Here's the picture of the knife that I liked. I downloaded the picture from onlyfineknives.com. I'm not sure if I can use their pictures here. Please let me know if this is inappropriate. I'll take the picture down.

Best,

The classic has migrated and the current model is the 21 so it will say Idaho Made instead, but the design is basic and the stone is a star saphire, I am sure they would take an order for one of those. Give them a call!

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have no problem with the 'Idaho made' stamp.

Just one more quick question. How much do you guys think I have to add up? Is there any standard up-charge fee for the special order? If it's too much, I'm gonna pass.

best,

They don't have a special order charge but the optional stone you want costs $25 more than other inlaid stones.
Here is their price list

I gather the most it would cost is $555 plus $15 shipping, perhaps less since the "graphic" is just a plain satin finish.

Franzdom. I really appreciate your feeback.
I didn't even know they have the chart like that. Thanks again.

Best,

I almost bought that knife 7 or 8 times. I had hemotite done like that on a small 21, think it was about $100.

Thanks for the input.
$100 overcharge seems to be appropriate.
Is that black/grey stone? That makes me think again over the blue sapphire. (The grey stone with damascus blade would be a perfect match...) Can you post the picture of yours here for us?
Thanks again!

my camera sucks, but your right about the grey stone. Mine has the blasted handle, blasted screws and silver hardware. It looks "industrial cool" and is usable. Polished handles look great in pics but they finger print like oh my and you spend all day polishing them.
