If it's not an auto, yes. Contrary to insane paranoia among many cutlery sellers, mailing products that can be lawfully owned in both states and have no federal restriction against shipping is always legal.

the NY DA has gotten so stupid that they so called fine home depot lowes and every one else that the pulled there knifes out of new york. he sail he was now going after the internet retailers that shipped to new york. I sell one the online auctions and state it my add I will not ship there so dont bother buying my knifes. I wish you good luck if you Decide to do it.
