Can I ship AK bayonet to Japan?

I see a few fellows from Japan buying folders here but the postal regs say "no weapons....including daggers,spears or switchblades" to Japan.
So any first hand experience shipping to Japan?

You're able to ship anywhere...

Its the responsibility of the purchaser to know their local laws....

If they say its ok to send and they accept full responsibility, no problem...

Its like me buying a Balisong, and it gets seized by Customs over here...I get a letter saying i'm a bad boy, and my import has been seized and will not be returned.

What Ozy said. It's the recipient's responsibility & risk in knowing what their local laws are. -Just get payment up front.

Now don't go trying this with a kilo of heroin though...
