Can I upgrade without paying a new full price.

I just paid dues for a basic membership can I upgrade to Gold with just adding the $20 without paying the full $30? Thanks in advance.

No, you can’t.

But....

Upgrade to Gold, pay the full price, then ask Spark here in the same thread to please prorate your new Gold Membership with the balance of your remaining Basic Membership, and he will do that for you.

Retired is correct.

A mod tagged the forum owner in your thread. He'll add the remaining time on your Gold membership to extend your Platinum when he gets on. Might not be today or tomorrow, but he'll get y'all sorted. Doesn't hurt to bump your thread every few days so it stays at the top.

Also, you're showing as both Gold and Platinum. If you can change your title (fresh outta warranty) then the Platinum took effect.
