Can left-hand users work with Reeve Integral Locks effectively?

I'm interested in getting a one of the Ti-Mil models from Spyderco, but I'm a LH user. I've never tried one of the Reeve integral locks. Is this likely to give me fits as a LH user, making it difficult to be able to open/close the blade with just my left hand? (note: I know that the Millie comes in a LH model, but I'm more interested in the Ti Mil model specifically).

I'm a lefty and I carried a Sage 2 for a while. It is certainly doable (I used my middle finger to push the lock bar over) and it seems to work okay. I found it annoying though, and when torquing the knife accidentally unlocking is possible.

With the price range that a titanium Military would run you, I'd consider some left-handed framelock options. Additionally from all I've read the titanium version is not any stronger than the liner lock version, while being a fair bit heavier.

You are in luck, Chris Reeve Knives offers their folders in left handed versions.

I can close a right handed framelock with my left hand without too much difficulty, but the process is different and weird at first. Rather than pushing the lock open with my thumb, I pull it back.
