just wondering. i like the 'thicker' regular blade, but the 'classic' handle looks to be a bit more ergonomic. has this combination ever been made, or is it available? thanks!!

I'll second this, I love my Classic handle but love
the look of the Reg. blade. I've been Wondering
about sending my Classic in to get a new S30 Reg. blade.

Any body else? :)

Could you please explain, Why they are not?
(Sorry but I only have my Classic so I don't have
anyway to look and see why it won't work) :)

The reason the blades are not interchangeable has to do with the way the blade sits in the handle in relationship to the pivot and stop pin, and with the line of the profile on the back edge. In truth, the difference between the two blades is not enormous, but to offer them as interchangeable would create a logistics nightmare because it would fully double the choices on Sebenzas. We have made the decision not to make this option available.

All of my Sebenzas have the 'Plain' handle style. I like the looks of this better anyway. Does the classic handle feel any better than the plain? I still have yet to handle one with a classic handle.
Just curious.

When I went to the Gun and knife show and playied with
the Seb. I COULDN'T have cared less about any of them
till I held a Large Classic.

The easy close, the way your hand "locks" in to the handle.....
Mummmm, It just feels wonderful! I like the simple lines, too. :)

It's to bad to because I love the shape of the Reg. blade and
how the Reg. Woods are done but I doutb I'll ever buy a Reg.
it just doesn't fit my hand at all. :(
