Can Randall renew their heat treatment?

The Randall knife collection that I gave to my late father was burned in the apartment fire that claimed his life. I have recovered the remains of his Sasquatch Bowie and #19. The blades are heavily rusted, but otherwise undamaged. Would Randall be able and willing to restore these knives?
 
If the fire didnt hurt the temper it should be fixable. it seems that only the blades would be left after the fire, lots of work and money to make them even half way good again.
