I posted this earlier on the wrong forum (please excuse me).
I noticed an Andew Demko blade mod that essentially mated a a Recon 1 handle with an Emerson CQC8 blade (equipped with a Cold Steel wave stud) . I'd love to have this done but I gather it's not likely to possible so a second choice would be a waved Recon 1. I'm wondering if it's possible to modify this knife and equip it with a Cold Steel wave stud (or something similar) because I want to be able to reliably wave or open with one hand when I choose. ( Since the Recon 1 is relatively stiff I don't trust the reliability of using a ziptie for both waving and one handed opening).
