Can registered users post in the balisong forum?

As long as you don't ask values don't try to sell, or don't post want to buy. You did the latter. The discussion forums are for discussions, not for buying, selling, or trading requests.

There is a section for everything, n most section have simple guidelines, the sticky'd threads at the top are helpful figuring out what's what.
