Can somebody help me with uploading new files?

I can't seem to be able to figure out how to up load new files to post on my new posts. I can get previously posted files to go on my new post, but simply can not get new files uploaded. I didn't seem to have problems in the past, not sure what I'm doing wrong now.

You might have already hit your quota. Get yourself a photobucket account, use imgur.com, or flickr.com
