Got it at the state surplus agency for $25. What is it, exactly, and did I "do good" (for the price)?

Okay, back at my computer... Looks to be -- wait for it -- an Ontario TAK1. Imagine that. List price is $70, and this one is cleaning up nicely, so I imagine $25 isn't too shabby.
