I think James' pictures were wonderful, and his descriptions read like the "J. Peterman's" catalog of the knife world, but I would really like to read some of his writings. I remember he had at least one treatise on the blade, and probably more wisdom sprinkled throughout the site that I never got to read. Not to mention his exhausive research on CA law. If someone (BFC ?)has some server space to dedicate as a memorial, we would all benefit.
