Can someone help ID this old double headed axe

You guys have helped me before and you're great!
Hoping someone can help identify this old double sided axe.
Has a bit of a shape on the surface.

Kelly called those axes Perfect. Plumb made that style too. There might be light marks under the rust but probably it had a paper label originally.
 
Every axe maker in America probably made that style of axe. I don't think the phantom bevels are pronounced enough for a Kelly True Temper.
My money is on a Mann Edge Tool Co, Lewistown PA. The stamp would be dead center of the eye. And on the small and shallow side.

I could be dead wrong!
