Can someone help identify this knife? (940 prototype)

I recently picked this one up. It saw a bit of use from the previous owner but it's a 2002 prototype and I've never seen another one like it. It appears to be a prototype of the limited run of the 940SLV's, and it has 154cm steel. Can anyone shed some light on it? I'd assume these are quite rare. If anyone has an idea on the number produced let me know! I'd love to think it's the only one :)

Ps. if anyone has a value on one of these (or knows how much a previous one went for) please shoot me a PM. I'll most likely be keeping this but I'd be curious to hear a number on it.

looks like a 940SLV. Was a limited edition run of 500. Looks like you have a prototype of that run.

Nope, the scales are grey and the backspacer is anodized light blue. I'll post some better pictures in a second.

Anyone have any idea as to how many of these models were made? Is this an only one?

I know for sure it's not the only one. I don't know how many total were made though.
