Can someone help me figure out how many patterns were made in this handle style? I think I have the complete set, but I can't find much information on these at all. I guess they must be kind of rare. I'm not sure if there is a book that lists this information?

So, I cannot find a record of this handle being produced by Case. Is there a chance it was some sort of SFO?
That said, there are a good amount of online auction records for the six that you have (Muskrat, Tuxedo, Toothpick, Congress, Stockman, Canoe), but not for any other variants.
Unfortunately, that's the best I can do. I would say signs point to your collection being complete, but I wish there was a better record of them from 2003.

I think it was a Case SFO for a dealer. Deadwood, or SMKW. You may want to email them or enquire at Case. Sometimes the box item # helps ID. I think they also had limited numbers with scrolled bolsters but don't quote me.

Thanks a lot man. I really appreciate that. I have seen this same handle type with scrolled bolsters. I guess there is a scrolled bolster set along with the unscrolled bolsters knives. I bought the first four from a guy that sold knives back in 2003. I do have the original boxes for those four. I just recently acquired the toothpick and congress. They did not have original boxes. Here is a picture of the box with ID numbers. It doesn't seem to be an sfo from the labels, but I guess it could be

I've never tried to reach out to Case before, would they help with questions like that? Ill definitely give them a shout and see what kind of information they can offer me as well.

The item numbers help if you inquire at Case, dealers or collectors forums. I've asked around and some think Deadwood and a few think SMKW. Most say a SFO of 500 with 100 scrolled bolsters. I'm not a hardcore collector of Case but I hope you find out.
