I can always find one with a stainless steel handle but not with the the mother of pearl stripes on the handle.

Does your Google work different than ours?
I just saw that exact model with the handle inlays (I was looking for a different Parker knife). I don't think I can provide a link because I saw it in a "For Sale" listing on another knife forum (it sold).
But if you do a Google search for "Parker Bench Made Button Lockback Knife", and look through the Google images, you should see it, it was near the top.
