I ordered the book from a local book seller over 2 and a half months ago, and I recieved a call today from them saying that "due to a clerical error, the book has not yet been properly ordered from the supplier." After I calmed down, and explained to the lady the importance of this book and exactly how long I had been waiting, I just decided to cancel the order, and perhaps all future dealings with their book store. (I tend to place a very strong emphasis on recieving proper customer service).

I have been patiently waiting for this essential knifemaking tome for so long that I just decided to turn to my fellow Forumites for assistance! I'd like to give the business to someone here at BladeForums, who perhaps has proper access to the book, rather than an anonymous online book-seller. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

The Complete Bladesmith is a great book. For learing how to make knives by the stock removal method, I would recommend " How to Make Knives" featuring Loveless. It's available at www.knifeworld.com. I'm not sure if they carry Hrisoulas' books or not?? I think he has 2 others in addition to the Complete Bladesmith.
Good luck with your knifemaking and WEAR YOUR SAFETY GLASSES

I found several copies. I use three different search services for used books all the time. Each one of these produced hits for that book. Check them out:

www.alibris.com

www.abebooks.com

www.bibliofind.com

You may want to bookmark these sites for future reference. They are great. They accept inventory databases from booksellers and give you contact info. Alibris actually gets the book for you and takes your money.
