Your knife is a Randall Model 10-3" Bait Master fishing knife in old termonology. Some of the old shop guys used to call it the "Master Baiter".
From Randall new it costs about $170.00. On eBay anbout $275.

The single handle pin indicates ATS-34 steel, introduced in the early 1990's, and used as a replacement for the double-pinned Model #10 knives previously made of 440B stainless...
The Sullivan's made sheath, if linen stitched, indicates pre-1995 production...if synthetic stitched it's likely a post-'95 knife...
