can someone help me with my membership?

I want to renew and upgrade my membership, which was most graciously given to me by Specter last year.
This year, I want to be a goldmember (cause I love goooold!)
But the upgrade system wont accept my japanese credit card.
I would be happy to paypal some helpful person if they can upgrade me somehow...
 
Do I have to have your password? I'll do it for you just let me know how.
 
DIJ - what's the meaning behind your sig. line? I'm looking at the map right now...
 
Yeah, I tried doing research on that sig a while back, didn't come up with anything except the sightings. What's the deal?

Are we going to feel dumb for not figuring it out?

the samurai in your new avatar reminds me of the actor in a japanese movie i was watching a few weeks ago (subtitled) about a ashigara who rescues a more sr. samura's wife after he was mistreating her & winds up killing the sr. at the end and then he marries & lives happily with her till his end in battle a few years later (which was not shown, just referenced in the closing scenes....
 
Yeah, I wanna know too. I spent 3 hours following links once I found out that the sightings started here in Sacramento, CA in 1896 and moved east the following year. I also found a bunch of fun links about Atlantis, India, etc.

Still not sure what the (look at a map) part is all about though. Please enlighten us!

Im sorry, I just wanted to point out that the sightings, which took place 6 years before the invention of the airplane, all took place within a few weeks of each other and they all indicated a localized concentration. What I mean is, it wasnt just random people all over America saying something nutty. There were people in areas that could be connected describing the same object exhibiting the same behavior. (there was a distinct flight path that could be observed on the map)
That was in 1897.


My avatar is homemade! I took a pic from "Shinobi no mono" a ninja movie made in the 60's that was actually based on the truth. Takamatsu Sensei and Hatsumi Sensei both helped the producers of the film and taught the actors ninjutsu.
There is a scene where this ninja with sideburns is talking about his ninja nemesis (the hero) and saying that if he likes women, then he is a "ninja without dignity". (ninja be a playah)
