can someone id this..

Well, it looks like some brand of Pukka, but I can't read the blade. Will pass this along to a forum for scandi knives for you.

This is what some of the good folks over in the scandi forum thought from your pictures.

"I've seen a lot of similar knives and all of them were from Finland and produced by the various knifemakers or manufacturers.
Many of them didn't have any stamp (brand) on the blade.

I was not be able to read the blade-stamp, but most likely, this is one of Issakki Jarvenpaa's from the first half of the last century."

" The blade flat says Kauhava, but can't read
the maker in the fuller. Standard Finnish puukko
with either ebony or black galalite handle. Could
have been made by any of a dozen makers, I would
guess circa 1930-50's. Iisakki is as good a
guess as any. "

" sure a Finnish knife. Iisakki is a good guess, but maybe a smaller maker, too. I guess between 1930 and 1970."
