Hi Everyone. I just received my first Sebenza in the mail yesterday. After lusting over them for over a year now, I finally pulled the trigger. I decided to purchase a small 21 with a unique graphic on it...which leads me to my question. The model listed on the box is SS21SCG-1. It says silver contrast. The knife itself has an etched silver design on the handle. My question is, is this particular knife a "one of a kind" or are there multiples around. I did some searching and found plenty other silver contrast models, but none with the same design. I tried taking pictures but my camera is dead so if you want to see the knife I bought it's still listed on the sellers website (NGK) or the pharmacy as its known. Thanks for all the help!

well every one made is one of a kind because there are slight differences in the machining and design. Its artwork but yours may be a 1 of a kind design... Lisa does that from time to time.

...he specifically asked "to be educated".

I don't know how to have put it more succinctly!! Granted, I didn't notice his post count so maybe I could have been a little more verbose but I don't really have time today. Suck it up. :p

Thanks for the info crackerjax. I really appreciate it.

Although this is my first post, I have been part of this community since 2006 and since my collection is made up of all Benchmades, I spend the majority of my time on their forum. I just hope that one day "ditch digger" will have a question about a Benchmade knife so I can return the favor.

Ok Calypso. I'll play along...

What's this "Benchmade" that you speak of?

Is that something a shoe maker cobbles up on his bench?! :p

Win what??? ..I didn't know it was a contest.

I tell you what, when you get your camera going, come back and start a new thread so we can admire/oggle over your new Sebenza. It's a worthy achievement and one to be rightfully proud of. And, nothing like posting pics to get everyone excited! :D

That sounds fair to me. Once my wife comes home I should be able to use her point and shoot. Be on the lookout for a new thread.
