Can someone recommend a good throwing knife?

Hi, i've been collecting knives for a few years and i've decided to add some throwing knives to my collection. Can anyone recommend some good throwing knives or a place where i can get good ones? Thanks!

I like these ones by Gill Hibben, sold by United. You can get them in a set of three, and they work well for more than just throwing...

Though if you're just starting out most people preffer something larger, since a large knife rotates slower and is easier to control.

Check out Cold Steel. They have a large selection of large throwers and tomahawks. I like these...

I recomend the bowie style knife as it is more like a real knife than some of the others, and can be used as a cutter or chopper if you really wanted to. :thumbup:

I believe SOG and Benchmade also offer some good ones, but I don't have any of those. Ultimately you can just do a search for throwing knives and pic any no-name knife that looks good to you. As long as it is a solid full tang design it should work for throwing.

I'd also recommend cold steel. The design really depends on what you want to do with it and your personal preference.
