www.1sks.com has filled all of the backorders for the 42 and if you sign up for the code-3 pricing it's $109 (and then shipping + handling) so once you get just over $100 you could get one from them, most other places have them for $130 and up.

You're not going to find a 45 for $100, that's just crazy (crazy if someone sold one for $100).
