Can`t activate new gold membership. Please help!

I purchased a gold membership five days ago through my Paypal account, and it still has not been activated. I tried to activate it following their instructions, I went to settings as instructed, but there is no place to click on "group memberships". I`ve sent four emails to Bladeforums about this problem and they have never emailed me back. I don`t know what the problem is. Can anyone give me some advice?

Please go to http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups and select your displayed paid membership level, to update your title and color.
