Can the pocket clip be folded over to make it a deep carry clip? If it could be folded and then just use the two outer holes to mount it, would that work? Maybe making a small notch on either side to line up a small Phillips?

Yeah, I'd check the auction site. What you are suggesting does not seem ideal; though if you do try it, please post pics.

No, it will crack.
I don't think you'll like deep pocket. Is your Emerson Waved?

There are so many great after-market deep carry options, the deep-carry Benchmade clips work great as well.

Bending the stock clip would not be ideal because:
- you would have to flatten the existing crimp (below the clip mount) so it lays flush with the scale
- create a bend sufficient enough for a true deep-carry without compromising retention (which I don't see being possible or remotely worth your time and effort)
- potentially cut away metal so you can gain access to the clip mount

Okay you guys talked me out of it.
Lycosa- yes its a waved roadhouse. I have no problem with my horseman but sometimes i feel the roadhouse with its square end it too exposed.

115- I had a Roadie and it was a favorite Emerson knife. You will get used to the way this one rides in the pocket. Trust me.
