Can the teflon washers on the Halftrack be changed to pb washers?

Just have a quick question. As stated above, can the teflon washers on the Hinderer Halftrack be changed to pb washers? If they can does anyone know where to purchase them or what size they take? I have searched various sites but haven't been able to locate any. Thanks in advance for any information you may have.
 
If they're the same size as on the XM-18, then I believe all you need is a pair of .5" OD x .25" ID x .015" thick. I've done so on my XM-18 and it worked great.
 
Yes, the pb washers work so much better and smoother....feels more solid and gets rid of that spongy feel.

Yes and yes. I've documented adding PB washers to most of the basic Hinderer models, including the Half Track here. Enjoy!

You bet! One thing I recommend when you get the washers is polishing them up a bit, using 2000 grit sandpaper, and then maybe use a strop if you have one, or some finer grit sandpaper. On my Half Track I had to do that a couple times before I got the smoothness I wanted.
