can they be fixed?

A few of the knives I recently acquired for my Camillus collection came from the same source. A couple of them have slightly exposed pivot pins, as if someone tried to tighten the blade play with a hammer whack. Other than the pin being exposed, the cosmetics are fine. The blade function and snap on one is not quite right. The other seems to have survived the whack function wise anyways.

Is there anything I can do to make them right?

Are their trained people that can make them right again?

Thanks in advance for any advice. I'd like to get them right if I can.
