Can We Do A "Pass Around" Here?

Hello, I was wondering if I could start a pass around with a NIB Queen Knife. If So what are the guidelines or how has it been done in the past? Let me know if we can do this and how and then I will let you know which knife it is and start a participant list then... Thanks!!! ~kevin~

Not something we want to start here.

It would be fine to do this in our pass around forum here at BFC and announce it here.

The reason for this is that I don't think it would be a good thing for us to have numerous pass around threads in the Traditional forum.

I have run passarounds on other forums. It is helpful to keep the list short, so that the last people don't have to wait 2 years to see the passaround. Also, its helpful to limit it to folks with 100+ (or whatever number you pick) posts in order to reduce your chance of encountering a bonehead who just keeps the knife or "swears" that they sent it along. Also, keep the list yourself instead of sending it with the knife, so that it can be amended if someone drops out. And they have to send it insured, and have a tracking number. Ask 'em to post pics or write a review. Just my thoughts.
