Can we make the pics. only thread a Sticky thread?

The pics. only thread keeps falling back two or three pages, is there any way we can keep it on the top as a sticky thread ?

Its been asked before, I guess the HOG council voted it down or is still debating the issue.

How about we make the pics only thread for pics only again? I've seen a few non-pic posts there lately.
