can you carry a blade under 4 inches if your under 18?

Ok. so I live in Missouri, and Im wondering if its legal for my 14 year old brother to be carrying a 3.5 inch blade completely concealed on his person. Im getting him a kershaw shallot for christmas and just want to present the right laws to him, cuz people seem to be quite unaware of knife laws. thanks for the reply guys.

There is nothing in the state law that makes anything different for a minor. The same laws apply, adult or child. This is true the majority of states.
It is possible there is local city law about minors carrying knives, so be aware of that if you live in a large urban center.
