Hi guys. I'm new to the forum. My problem is I was incorrectly informed that the Peltonen M95 I was purchasing had a teflon coated blade, so it's uncoated carbon steel. My coworker has his own Cerakote business and offered to coat the blade. While I doubt the heating could damage the temper of the blade, I do worry about the synthetic rubber TPE handle. I sent an email to Peltonen, but haven't received a reply yet. Any suggestions?

Well, had my friend Cerakote the M95. He used an air curing cerakote so temperature wasn't a problem. I did get a quick reply from Peltonen with advice. Great people to deal with.
