Can you change places of the blades on the Leatherman OHT?

I'm left handed and if I get an OHT, I'd like to have the plain edge blade most accessible. Is it possible/easy to remove the plain and serrated edge blades and switch places between them?

As far as I know, those blades are liner locked, which means the ramps will be cut the wrong way if you switch them.

Guess I’ll probably be sharpening a lot of pencils with a serrated edge then.
