Can you change the title of a sales thread being a gold member?

I think i've seen people change the title in their sales threads and have been trying to figure it out but can't. Is it possible to do or can't i do this only being a gold member?

You can change the title of any thread you create, or if we know which one it is, we can do an edit for ya.

On the first post, click "Edit" then on the next screen click "Go Advanced".
