Can you cryo too long??

Probably a little late in asking this but: I put my blade in deep cryo at 7:30 PM EST. Eight hours takes me to 3:30 AM and 12 takes me to 7:30 AM.

Now I am a night owl for sure but ain't staying up til 7:30 and ain't a-gona hit the sack in time to get up at 7:30.

How about I just leave it in the LN for a few extra hours?? Can you deep cryo too long??

I am not aware of any detrimental effects from leaving your blade a longer time, but there are also no *documented* benefits beyond 20 hours.

Thanks Daniel. Coming from you settles it for me. I do remember you mentioning before about a 20 hour deep cryo, but my rather simple setup does not comply with the prcedure you are using.

Roger, given a few more weeks I'm sure your setup will be as good as NASA's... :D You must have the shop from heaven.
