I saw a ZT 0566FDEBW on kershawguy's website. It looked so awesome and couldn't resist. I have a blur and I de assisted that. Does the 0566 have a detent to hold the blade in after the torsion bar is taken out?
Thanks,
Tom

Yes. A simple use of the search feature would reveal a ton of information regarding the subject.

There is even a tutorial.

Yup. Google is your friend.

I deassisted mine when I had it. Improved the knife greatly. Blade length was a little too small though so I sold it.

Sorry for asking? All you had to say was yes or not respond at all

I did say Yes. I also informed you of many threads on the subject that could be found using Bladeforums search feature.

I would also suggest typing this in Google's search engine without quotation marks: "ZT0566 Deassist site:bladeforums.com"

Don't take offense man, some people don't know about the search function here. When I have a question about something, I ask google. It is fun to do your own research. You can filter the BS better. If I still need help I will ask a question but this rarely happens as there is so much information at the tips of our fingers.

How about the blade centering. That is the only thing I am afraid of. When I de assisted my blur the blade was never centered again. Does the blade center well after you take it apart?

Good luck with your knife! The 0566 is one of my favorites, and that FDE scale looks great against the blackwash finish.
