Can you flick open the Spydiechef by the spydie hole left handed?

Title says it all. I’m left handed and had a Slyz Bowie that I tried to carry but the lock bar made it nearly impossible to flick it open with the spydie hole. I’m hoping the chef has more clearance. The pics make it look that way.

As a righty I finger flick my Chef from the lock bar side using my index finger. I imagine you might be able to get purchase with your thumb.

We'll I"m right handed too but I just looked at mine. I can open it left handed with my thumb in the hole; there's a reasonable amount of the hole visible. I can't flick with my thumb but if I was a sinister person I would probably be able to.

I'm left handed and that's pretty much how I always open my spydiechef.

I can middle finger flick my Bowie really well with my left hand. One of my best for middle finger flicking.

Just tried it, and wow, I did it on my first try and it flew open using my thumb.

Left hand, middle finger, yes to flicking.
I can also slow-open it (but not flick it) with my left thumb.
