Can you get your MT back to factory sharpness?

I purchased a MT MUDT a few weeks ago and it is THE SHARPEST knife I have ever purchased! I use it for daily carry so I expect to use it a good bit. So far I have been babying it because I am slightly afraid of dulling it and not being able to get that razor sharp edge back.
I would like to know how you folks get that same sharpness. I will not be sending it back to the factory, I prefer to do this myself.
