...and before we get too deep into it, please realize that many "movie knives" are merely props and don't really "exist" outside of the movie they were used in.

That would appear to be a game. So the knife in it isn't even a real prop, like it would be in a movie.

That said there may be something like it out there (or even exactly like it), but there is no way to see what it looks like from the screep caps you supplied.

Can you draw a picture or something?

I'm pretty sure it's not a real knife, it's from a video game that's over 5 years old.

Maybe that might work, remove scales, have somebody waterjet/skeletonize the handle. I agree it's probably made up on the fly for the trailer since it isn't even listed as a weapon in-game.
