I have a knife with Stone #429 carved on the handle : The handle is bone or Ivory I don't know which: There is also and Eagle carved on the handle. Also carved into the handle is "To Nick From PaPa". I have been told by a deal, that to him it looks like a Geroge Stone Custom knife: I am trying to find out for sure if this is a Stone knife..And when it was made? Can you help me? I did and found a picture of a guy that had this caption underneath, "G.W. Stone Collector and winner of Best of Show Display". From the Blade 2000 show.
Looks like he won an award for having the best display of a collection of knives. Doesn't say anything about him actually making the knives.
