Can you help me ID these ?

Hey there, thanks for checking out my thread! So, I picked these up at an estate sale and do not know who made them. Any idea ?

All 3 of them have the following markings: "R S Stainless" with 2 winged Lions (?) on each side.

I also bought the following...it's made by Sabatier, not sure what kind of knife it is though.

and finally ...got these too...maybe I got a little carried away. LoL! I couldn't pass them up at the price. Just gotta clean them up a bit.

Ah, a 'boning' knife ...I guess that explains why these look similar ...I found a bunch of Oxford Hall knives too but can't seem to find more info about them online. Very nice knives though! :thumbup:
