Can you help me ID this knife with a radioactive symbol?

While cleaning out my garage I recently found some knives that were my Dads that I forgot I had. He had many knives mostly Spydercos a few Benchmades, and a couple others that thanks to this forum I’ve been able to ID and learn about. There is one that I cannot figure out the manufacture. The only markings is one radioactive symbol and China on the other side of the blade. I’ve tried tried a bunch of different google image searches and haven’t found anything. My Dad passed in 2012 so it won’t be any newer than that. Most of the knives he had were purchased in the early 2000’s so I’m guessing it was purchased then.

I had this knife when I was a teenager, payed $5 for it at the flea market.
I carried it for a few months and none of the screws ever fell out on me, not sure what happened to it after I eventually gave it to my brother.

The only present manufacturer I know to use a rad symbol as part of their logo is a rebrand of Defcon’s JK Knives.
