Can you help me id this old knife

I was pointed to this website to get some help on this knifes age and value? The sheath is made of wood then it looks to be wrapped in some sort of leather? Any help would be great. Thanks

Post this in the Knife ID section under related. Look under FAQ on how to upload pitures. But, you go to photobucket, upload a picture, click on picture web adress in the box near it and paste it into the word text box you just typed in.
