can you help me identify this blade?

As the title says. I got this blade for a great price. But, I can't find any info on it. I am just starting my benchmade obsession. I have a griptilian, and a rather used 710. These are my first introduction to the higher end knife world. I have a couple spyderco knives, but. They aren't the same price bracket as benchmades. Thanks for any info you can give!
