Please note I’m not selling this knife. No clue what it is, came in a box marked Japan Sword, stamped with a number 308 on the side of the box. Tang stamped “Stainless Steel” two lines. Not really sure the box and knife go together. Knife is two inches closed.

Anyone seen this before? Thanks

looks Japanese...I have similar...blade shape and wooden scales...names that don't pop up much...Sabre,Eagle..
Japan Stainless...and a number...I'll pop some pics tomorrow...but that fat clip point is similar..
 
The box looks like it may have held a sharpening stone of some kind....not that knife....but together they have.. (politician voice)
A strong Japanese influence.

A quick google search reveals a shop in Tokyo called Japan Sword...dealing in antique swords , armour and replicas ,also polishing and maintenance items ....and I'll bet they sell waterstones in boxes...maybe even little souvenir pocket knives?
