Saw a folder stamped "1415st" on the blade, along with "g10" and "ats-34" stamped as well. Blade was Japanese tanto style, point in line with spine. Is it still made? works well? what's a decent street price? etc... thanks, diamdave

Called the Starkey
It is no longer made and about $75-$115 is about what they went for.

I have similar one - only the scales are Titanium. It was my first "hi-tech" folder... The steel Kershaw used is the best ATS-34 from all my production knives. If you get it (I would post in "knives Wanted") I am sure you will be happy with the knife.

I have 2 of the G-10 handled Starkey Rigde knives (1415) I really like the design and build quality. They have a nice pointy point, lots of belly for slicing. The locks are solid. The handles are comfortable. And as nice as they are, the 1416 XXL Starkey Ridge, with a 3 3/4" blade is just super. I like them so much, I have 4 of them.:D
BTW- the thumbstud is switchable for southpaws like me.
Does anyone know where Starkey Ridge is and why it was important enough to name a knife after?
