Can you identify this old unmarked folder

This little knife and Hamilton were carried by my great-grandfather. He passed when I was only 4 and I ended up with this sweet little combo. There are no markings anywhere on the blade.

"fob knife", designed to go on the other end of the pocket watch chain. A lot of such knives started as skeleton frame and blade made by a cutlery company. A jewelry company would buy that, add their own fancy cover and sell it as a companion to a watch.

A great looking Waldemar style knife! My best guess would be Germany or Austria. If you don't have any luck here then try the Levine subforum
