MIL-SPEC (chinese (I think) manufacturer) - not a snugpak.

Major Surplus & Survival sells them just as cheap, if not cheaper (w/ no ambiguous marketing).

How do I know? I bought one of their super-secret sleeping bags -no labels, but a little paper slip fluttered out of the very cheaply made stuff sack - which read MIL-SPEC. Further research turned up the same bags at other surplus places.

End result. It's a cheap sleeping bag. Don't expect more.

Yeah, I had a gut feeling it might be Mil-Spec. I ordered one from county comm just to see. If it's Mil-Spec i'll just throw it in my car BOB to use as an emergency bag.

Looks like a copy of the military's Mummy bag.

Get the real thing. Mine is a canvas covering, with a removeable nylon outer shell for wet ops.

It is damn warm, too.
