I have a couple knives that took a hit on the tip and got
a little blunted. Also I have some knifes where the last
1/3rd of an inch or so is a little more dull than the rest of
the knife.
To sharpen this can I just sharpen the tip of the blade or
do I have to sharpen the whole edge in its entirety?
